Adam W. Vanek Adam W. Vanek concentrates his practice in representing entrepreneurs and small to medium size businesses in transactional and litigation matters. Adam has established a successful record representing business owners in complex litigation and high technology lawsuits, including ownership disputes and disputes among partners, errors & omissions claims, Board of Directors' liability, dissenting shareholder claims, copyright infringement, tortious interference with business relations, fiduciary liability and breach of contract claims. Adam also represents companies in general corporate matters, including corporate formation and governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, stock purchase agreements, copyrights & trademarks, and software licensing.

Adam received his Juris Doctorate from the Wake Forest University School of Law and his Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, where he was a College of Business Administration Fellow and a recipient of the prestigious Buck Weirus Spirit Award. Adam is admitted to practice in Texas, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Adam was an international banker specializing in Fortune 500 corporate syndications. Adam is an active member and past president of the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce, a founding member of the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce Charitable Foundation, and served on the national Board of Directors for the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce as its national legal counsel.
