Amanda Elizabeth Kurz is a graduate of South Texas College of Law (cum laude). Her undergraduate degree is from Texas State University at San Marcos where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry (cum laude).
Amanda gained a wide breadth of legal experience when she clerked during law school. She worked on a Fifth Circuit brief related to wage and hour retaliation. Amanda also has experience in wills and trust, fiduciary duties and liabilities, arbitration rules and opinions, corporate mergers, taxation, and oil and gas.
Amanda has had the pleasure of being raised in both Texas and Louisiana living 12 years in New Orleans and 13 years in Texas. She is an avid Louisiana State University fan. |
