Murray W. Camp, Partner
Murray W. Camp Murray W. Camp brings a wealth of complex commercial trial experience to the firm, including numerous trials, hearings, arbitrations and the successful resolution, pre-trial and by verdict and judgment, of multi-million dollar disputes. Murray's practice has historically consisted of an active federal court docket, representing clients in intellectual property litigation, including copyright and trademark cases, as well as representation of parties in antitrust lawsuits, bankruptcy litigation, securities cases and receiverships.

Murray also has extensive experience in oil and gas litigation, banking and other commercial lawsuits, including construction litigation and business entity dissolution disputes, both in state and federal courts.

Having honed his skills through the fires of bet-the-company litigation, Murray's litigation philosophy arises from his conviction that business cases have a much higher probability of early resolution if the adverse party realizes from the very beginning that you are serious about seeing the dispute through trial. To that end, some have labeled his approach “very aggressive,” but the results speak for themselves.

Murray's practice areas include oil and gas litigation, intellectual property litigation, international disputes involving Latin American entities, anti-trust, receiverships and banking litigation, and commercial torts.
